1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NoReply (“the Service”), operated by NoReply Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NoReply regarding your use of the Service. Please read them carefully before using NoReply.

2. Description of Service

NoReply is an AI-powered consumer advocacy platform designed to help UK consumers create professional, legally-informed complaint letters. Our Service includes:

  • AI Letter Generation: Creation of professional complaint letters using artificial intelligence, citing relevant UK consumer protection laws
  • Legal Research: Automated research on applicable consumer rights legislation including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and sector-specific regulations
  • Company Research: Lookup of company contact information, complaints procedures, and relevant regulatory bodies
  • Evidence Analysis: AI-powered analysis of uploaded evidence including images, documents, PDFs, and video files to strengthen your complaint
  • Case Management: Tools to organise, track, and manage your complaint cases
  • Voice Transcription: Ability to describe your complaint verbally for transcription

3. Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using NoReply, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Geographic Scope: NoReply is designed primarily for consumers in the United Kingdom. Our legal research and letter templates are based on UK consumer protection law. While users from other jurisdictions may access the Service, we make no representations about the applicability of generated content to non-UK legal systems.

Consumer Use Only: The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial consumer complaints. It is not designed for business-to-business disputes or commercial litigation.

4. Important Disclaimers

Not Legal Advice

NoReply is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The information and letters generated by our Service are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice. For specific legal matters, particularly those involving significant sums, court proceedings, or complex disputes, you should consult a qualified solicitor or legal professional.

No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to provide accurate information and effective complaint letters, we cannot guarantee any specific outcome from your complaint. Success depends on many factors including the merits of your case, the company's policies, and applicable law. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

AI-Generated Content: Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate letters and analyse your complaint. AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sending and verifying any legal references, statutory citations, or factual claims independently.

Third-Party Information: Company contact information, regulatory details, and other third-party data are obtained from external sources and may be outdated or incorrect. We recommend verifying contact details before sending any correspondence.

No Solicitor-Client Relationship: Your use of NoReply does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and NoReply Ltd. We are a technology company providing software tools, not legal services.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about your complaints and circumstances
  • Not fabricate, exaggerate, or misrepresent facts in your complaints
  • Not use the Service for fraudulent, vexatious, harassing, or illegal purposes
  • Not attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit our AI systems
  • Review all generated content carefully before sending to third parties
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Service to threaten, defame, or harass any individual or company
  • Ensure any evidence you upload is genuine and you have the right to share it
  • Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

6. Account Terms

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service is prohibited.

7. Pricing, Subscriptions & Credits

Free Tier: We offer a free tier that includes one complaint case with basic features. No payment information is required for the free tier.

Credits (Pay As You Go): You may purchase credits to create additional complaint cases. Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account. Credits never expire.

Pro Subscription: Pro subscriptions (monthly or annual) provide unlimited complaint cases and premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Pro Family: Pro Family subscriptions allow sharing with up to 5 additional family members (6 total). Each family member gets their own separate account with full Pro features. The subscription owner is responsible for managing family member access.

Promotional Offers: Promotional pricing (such as “50% off first month”) applies only to the initial billing period. Standard pricing applies thereafter.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase affects their renewal.

8. Refunds

Credit Purchases: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a generated complaint letter, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team. Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be declined if we determine the Service was used as intended.

Subscriptions: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access until your current period ends.

Statutory Rights: These refund terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

9. Data Retention

Case history retention periods vary by plan:

  • Free: 7 days
  • Pay As You Go: 30 days
  • Bundle: 90 days
  • Pro: 1 year

After the retention period, case data may be automatically deleted. You are responsible for downloading and saving any letters or case information you wish to keep. Account data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Evidence & Uploaded Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of all evidence and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process, analyse, and store it solely to provide the Service to you.

AI Processing: Uploaded evidence (images, documents, videos) may be processed by AI systems to extract relevant information for your complaint. This processing is done to improve your complaint letter and is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Content: You must not upload content that is illegal, contains malware, violates third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, or is unrelated to a genuine consumer complaint.

Storage Limits: We may impose reasonable limits on file sizes and storage. Current limits are communicated within the application.

11. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service, including its software, design, branding, AI models, letter templates, and documentation, is owned by NoReply Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Generated Letters: Complaint letters generated by our Service are provided to you for your personal use. You may copy, send, modify, and use them for your complaints. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated letters.

Feedback: If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use this feedback to improve our Service.

12. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services for functionality including:

  • Payment Processing: Stripe handles all payment transactions. Your payment information is processed by Stripe according to their terms and privacy policy.
  • Authentication: Supabase provides secure account authentication and data storage.
  • AI Services: We use various AI providers (including Anthropic, Google, and others) to power our letter generation and analysis features.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Create false, fraudulent, or vexatious complaints
  • Harass, threaten, or defame any person or organisation
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorisation
  • Circumvent any usage limits, security measures, or access controls
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • NoReply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100
  • We are not liable for the actions or omissions of companies you complain to, or for the outcome of any dispute
  • We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoReply Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Content you submit or upload to the Service
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
  • Any complaint or dispute you pursue using content generated by the Service

16. Service Availability

No Guaranteed Uptime: While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

17. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature (where available).

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any unused credits or remaining subscription time will not be refunded unless required by law.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

19. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@usenoreply.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights or your right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence.

20. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NoReply regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
