How far back can I claim?
You can generally claim for charges going back 6 years. Keep records of all charges you’ve paid if possible.
What if my bank refuses?
If your bank rejects your complaint, you can escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service for free within 6 months of the bank’s final response.
