My letter isn't generating

Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, check that you've provided enough detail about your complaint (at least 50 characters). Large cases with many evidence files may take longer to process.

I can't upload evidence

Check your file size (max 50 MB per file) and format (images, PDFs, and common video formats). If using Safari, try Chrome or Firefox. Contact us if the issue continues.

The company search isn't finding my company

Try different variations of the company name. If it's a small or local business, enter the name manually and we'll still generate an effective letter.

My payment failed

Check your card details and ensure you have sufficient funds. Try a different payment method. If using PayPal, ensure your account is verified. Contact us if issues persist.

I'm not receiving emails

Check your spam folder. Add hello@usenoreply.com to your contacts. If using Gmail, check the Promotions tab. Contact us if you need to verify your email manually.
