Ask your AI who to complain to. Get the real answer.

Add NoReply to ChatGPT or Claude and it can look up the right complaints route, the ombudsman that actually hears it, what a delayed flight is worth and which deadlines are running. Sign in and it can see your own cases too.

Paste this into your assistant. There is nothing to install.

What it looks like

Example

What you can ask it

Find the real route
Who to complain to about a named company, and which ombudsman or scheme hears it if they refuse.
Say who is responsible
When a booking site, marketplace or delivery app sits in the middle, who owes you what.
Work out flights and deadlines
What a delayed or cancelled flight is worth, and which clocks are running on your complaint.
Read your own cases
Sign in and it can list your NoReply cases, show where each stands and start a draft for you.

Try one

  • Who do I complain to about my O2 signal, and what happens if they refuse?
  • I booked a hotel through Booking.com and the room was filthy. Who is responsible?
  • My flight from London to Madrid landed 4 hours late. What am I owed?
  • Show me my NoReply cases.

Add it in a minute or two

Claude

In Claude.ai or the desktop app

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector.
  3. Paste the server address above, then add it.
  4. Start a chat and ask who to complain to about a company.

Custom connectors are on paid Claude plans, and a Team or Enterprise owner may need to allow them. If you do not see the option, that is why.

In Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http noreply https://usenoreply.com/api/mcp

ChatGPT

  1. Open chatgpt.com/plugins and press the plus button.
  2. Choose Add custom MCP server.
  3. Paste the server address above, read the warning, then continue.
  4. Start a new chat, pick NoReply, and ask your question.

NoReply is not in ChatGPT’s directory yet, so for now you add it by address like this. Custom servers need a ChatGPT plan that allows them, and your workspace owner may need to switch that on.

Cursor and any other assistant

Any assistant that supports remote MCP servers works. Add a server of type streamable HTTP with the address above.

Want it to see your own cases?

Ask it to show your NoReply cases. The first time, a NoReply sign-in opens. Check who is asking, press Allow, and you are back in your chat.

It can

  • List your NoReply cases
  • Show where a case stands and what the company replied
  • Start a new draft complaint

It cannot

  • Send anything to a company
  • Spend your credits or take a payment
  • See anyone else’s cases

How it keeps you safe

It cannot send or spend
Nothing it can do emails a company or uses a credit. Starting a case only creates a draft you open on usenoreply.com.
You sign in on our site
The sign-in screen is on usenoreply.com and shows exactly who is asking. Your assistant never sees your password.
It only sees your own cases
Your cases are tied to your account. Lookups about companies need no account and are not tied to one.

Only connect assistants you trust. To stop NoReply working in one, remove it from that assistant’s connector settings.

Questions

Does it cost anything?
Adding NoReply to your assistant is free, and so are the lookups: complaint routes, who is responsible, flight compensation and deadlines.
Does it send my complaint for me?
No. It can start a draft case for you, then you open it on usenoreply.com to carry on. Nothing is emailed to a company from your assistant.
Do I need a NoReply account?
Not for the lookups. You only need one to see your own cases, and the sign-in opens the first time you ask about them.
Which complaints can it help with?
UK and EU consumer complaints: faulty goods, poor service, flights, refunds. NoReply does not handle financial services, personal injury, housing disrepair, criminal injury, employment or welfare benefits, and for those it names the free route to use instead.
How do I remove it?
Remove NoReply from your assistant’s connector settings. In Claude that is Settings, then Connectors. In ChatGPT it is the plugins page.
Is this the same account as the NoReply website?
Yes. Cases you start from your assistant show up on usenoreply.com, and the other way round.
