How much compensation for a delayed flight?
Under UK261 you are owed £220, £350 or £520 per passenger, set by how far you were flying, once the delay reaching your destination hits 3 hours. It is a flat amount per person, not a share of the ticket price, so a £40 fare can still owe £220.
Common questions
How much can I claim?
Compensation is set by distance and by how late you land, per passenger: £220 under 1,500km, £350 for 1,500-3,500km, and over 3,500km £260 if you arrive 3 to 4 hours late or £520 beyond 4 hours.
What flights are covered?
Flights departing from the UK/EU, or flights arriving in the UK/EU operated by a UK/EU airline. The delay must be 3+ hours at your final destination.
How long do I have to claim?
In the UK, you have 6 years from the date of the flight to make a claim. Don’t let airlines tell you otherwise!
Why use NoReply?
Claims companies take 25-35% of your compensation. We help you claim directly from the airline and keep 100% of what you're owed.
