Most operators pay from 15 minutes delay (Delay Repay 15). Some still use 30 minutes. Our calculator knows which scheme your operator uses.

How much will I get?

15–29 mins: 25% of return / 50% of single. 30–59 mins: 50% of return. 60–119 mins: full single or 50% return. 120+ mins: full ticket cost.

How long do I have?

You must claim within 28 days of the delayed journey. Keep your ticket or booking confirmation.
