Important Notice

NoReply is NOT a law firm, does NOT provide legal advice, and is NOT a substitute for professional legal counsel. Our service is an information and organizational tool designed to help consumers compile their complaints and research publicly available consumer protection information.

No Legal Advice

The information provided by NoReply, including but not limited to AI-generated complaint letters, legal references, consumer law summaries, and regulatory body information, is for general informational purposes only. This information:

  • Does not constitute legal advice
  • Does not create an attorney-client relationship
  • Should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified legal professional
  • May not be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
  • May not apply to your specific situation or jurisdiction

No Guarantee of Outcomes

NoReply makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

  • The success of any complaint or claim you make
  • The accuracy of confidence scores or case assessments
  • The likelihood of receiving refunds, compensation, or any specific outcome
  • The effectiveness of generated complaint letters
  • The responsiveness of companies or regulatory bodies
  • Timeframes for resolution of any dispute

Past results mentioned in testimonials or case studies do not guarantee similar future outcomes. Each consumer dispute is unique and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

AI-Generated Content & Limitations

NoReply uses artificial intelligence (large language models) to generate complaint letters, analyse evidence, and research consumer protection laws. You acknowledge and accept that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
  • AI systems can “hallucinate,” meaning they may invent, fabricate, or incorrectly cite laws, statutory sections, case law, regulations, or legal precedents that do not exist or do not apply. You MUST independently verify every legal reference, Act of Parliament, statutory instrument, regulation, and case citation before relying on it
  • Legal references and citations should be cross-checked against official sources such as legislation.gov.uk, EUR-Lex, or professional legal databases
  • AI analysis is based on statistical pattern matching and does not constitute legal reasoning, legal analysis, or the application of law to facts
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before use
  • The AI may misinterpret your situation, omit relevant legal considerations, or provide irrelevant suggestions

Confidence Scores & Estimated Compensation

NoReply displays “confidence scores” and “estimated compensation” ranges for cases. You must understand that:

  • Confidence scores are AI-generated estimates based on pattern matching against training data. They are not legal assessments, do not reflect the opinion of any qualified legal professional, and carry no predictive or diagnostic value whatsoever
  • Estimated compensation ranges are speculative figures based on general patterns observed in similar consumer disputes. They are not valuations, are not based on case-specific legal analysis, and should not be relied upon as an indication of what you may actually recover
  • Actual outcomes depend on many factors including the specific facts of your case, the applicable law, the company's response, and the decisions of any court, tribunal, or ombudsman
  • A high confidence score does not mean you will succeed, and a low score does not mean you will fail

Third-Party Data Accuracy

NoReply aggregates information from third-party sources to provide company intelligence. You acknowledge that:

  • Company contact information, complaint email addresses, and executive contacts are sourced from publicly available data and may be outdated, incorrect, or incomplete
  • Trustpilot ratings, Google reviews, and other third-party ratings are displayed as-is and may not reflect the current state of a company's service
  • NoReply does not verify the accuracy of third-party data and is not responsible for errors in external sources

Regulatory Status

NoReply is not regulated by, authorised by, or registered with:

  • The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
  • The Bar Standards Board (BSB)
  • The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
  • The Legal Services Board
  • Any other legal, financial, or professional regulatory body in any jurisdiction

NoReply does not carry out any reserved legal activities as defined by the Legal Services Act 2007. We are a technology company providing an information tool, not a legal services provider.

Your Responsibilities

By using NoReply, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
  • You will review all generated content before sending to any party
  • You will seek professional legal advice for complex or high-value disputes
  • You will verify all legal references and regulatory information independently
  • You will comply with all applicable laws when pursuing your complaint
  • You will not use the service for fraudulent, malicious, or illegal purposes

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoReply and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
  • Damages arising from any decisions made based on our content
  • Damages arising from the outcome of any dispute with a company
  • Damages arising from third-party actions or inactions

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoReply and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Jurisdiction & Cross-Border Limitations

NoReply primarily references United Kingdom consumer protection law (including retained EU law). Consumer protection laws vary significantly between countries, regions, and legal jurisdictions. You must understand that:

  • Laws referenced (such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU Regulation 261/2004, or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) are specific to the UK and/or EU and may not apply in your jurisdiction
  • If you are located outside the United Kingdom, the legal references may be entirely inapplicable to your situation
  • Cross-border disputes (e.g. purchases from companies in other countries) involve complex jurisdictional questions that our AI cannot reliably resolve
  • Laws change frequently. Acts may be amended, repealed, or superseded. Our AI may reference outdated versions of legislation
  • That all relevant laws have been identified for your situation

For disputes involving significant amounts, cross-border transactions, or complex legal issues, we strongly recommend consulting with a solicitor (UK), attorney, or legal professional licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.

Third-Party Services and Links

NoReply may provide links to regulatory bodies, ombudsman services, and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
