Yes, and there's no timer on it. Your first purchase is half price whichever you pick: £4.99 for a single case, £14.50 for a year of Pro, £24.50 for Pro Family. It renews at the normal price after that, which we'd rather say plainly than bury.
Most people complain once or twice a year, not once a month. Charging monthly for something you need occasionally is a worse deal for you and a worse business for us, so we don’t. If you only want one complaint handled, buy a single case.
No. Once you’ve bought a case it’s yours to use whenever you need it. We don’t believe in pressuring you to use it before an arbitrary deadline.

Your cases are never deleted. You keep full access to everything you’ve already created, and you can still view and download your letters. New complaints and their letters stay free as well. What stops is sending new ones from NoReply, until you resubscribe or buy a single case.
Pro Family covers up to 6 people, including you. Everyone gets their own account with their own cases and unlimited complaints, on one bill. That’s £8.17 per person for the year.
