Cookie policy

Last updated: August 2026

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use them sparingly - only what we need to keep NoReply working and, with your permission, to understand how the product is used.

You're always in control. Use the button below to update your choices any time.

The categories we use

Essential

Always on

Needed for the site to function. We can't turn these off because without them you couldn't log in, stay logged in, or pay securely.

  • Authentication - Supabase session cookies that keep you logged in.
  • Security - CSRF protection, bot detection (Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • Payments - Stripe checkout cookies during a purchase.
  • Preferences - theme choice (light/dark) and your saved cookie consent.

Anonymous measurement - on, until you say otherwise

Counts of pages and clicks, so we can see what's broken and which tools people actually use. These store nothing on your device, set no cookies, and don't identify you - which is why they don't need your permission first. Switch them off in cookie preferences and we stop, permanently.

  • PostHog - product analytics (page views, feature usage). Hosted in the EU, configured to keep nothing in your browser between page loads. We only create a profile once you sign in.
  • Vercel Analytics - page load performance and traffic counts.
  • Visitors - traffic sources and page popularity. It counts your visit without cookies and without an identifier, and the only thing it keeps in your browser is a flag recording that you asked it to stop. If you accept the optional cookies below, it additionally sets one cookie holding a random id, so that repeat visits can be joined into a single journey rather than counted as strangers. Decline and it keeps counting, just without ever knowing you have been here before.

Cookies and tracking - off until you turn them on

These do store data on your device, so they stay off unless you actively accept them.

  • Google Analytics - aggregate traffic and page view reporting.
  • Seline - lightweight event tracking (button clicks, form submissions).
  • Attribution - remembers which link or campaign first brought you here, so we know what's worth doing more of.

What we don't do

  • We don't use advertising cookies.
  • We don't share your data with ad networks or data brokers.
  • We don't track you across other sites.
  • We don't set non-essential cookies before you accept them.

Managing your choice

You can change your preferences at any time using the button at the top of this page or the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we'll ask again.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings - though doing so for essential cookies will break things like staying logged in.
