How many people can join a Pro Family plan?
You plus up to 5 family members - 6 accounts in total. Each person gets their own separate login with full Pro features, so nobody is sharing a password or peering at anyone else's cases.
How much does Pro Family cost?
£12.99 a month, or £99.99 a year (about 35% less than paying monthly). With all six seats used, that works out around £2.17 per person per month on the monthly plan, or about £1.39 on annual. One bill, paid by the plan owner.
Can family members see my complaints?
Not unless you want them to. Every member's cases are private by default. Sharing is optional and per case - flip a toggle to share one complaint with the family, keep the rest to yourself.
How do invites work?
The plan owner sends an email invite from their account. The family member clicks the link, signs in or creates a free account, and accepts. Invites expire if unused, and the owner can remove members or send new invites anytime.
What happens if I cancel?
Everyone keeps access until the end of the billing period, and nobody loses their existing cases or letters - they stay viewable and downloadable. Members just drop back to the free tier for new cases until the plan restarts.
