How we measure
We treat "Operational" as: the system's last successful run was within its normal cadence. Flight feed cadence is 4h, so anything older than 8h flips us to Degraded; 16h+ shows Down. AEO is weekly so the thresholds are correspondingly wider.
We don't measure user-facing 5xx errors here yet because we route those through Vercel's own monitoring. If a system you depend on shows red, email hello@usenoreply.com and we'll respond fast.
