How to complain to DAZN, step by step
Complain to DAZN in writing
Use DAZN’s online complaints form, or email help@dazn.com. Say what went wrong, what you want back, and keep a copy.
Give them time to answer
There is no legal deadline for DAZN to reply, so give one in writing: name a date, such as 14 days from now, and say what you will do next.
Escalate if they say no
If it stays unresolved, use the escalation steps further down this page, and the small claims court after that.

Tips for DAZN complaints
- Set calendar reminders before free trial periods end to avoid unwanted charges
- You can cancel at any time - the subscription runs until the end of your billing period
- Check if your subscription is billed through a third party (Apple, Google, etc.) as you’ll need to cancel through them
- Under the Digital Markets Act, companies must make cancellation as easy as sign-up
- Keep records of what you were promised when you subscribed
