The details after your story now come one question at a time

After you say what happened, the questions arrive one per screen, with anything your story already answered ready to confirm in one tap, and a page to check every answer before we look at your case.

The step after your story used to be one long page: who it is for, what you want, the date, the amount, the reference numbers and the payment details, all at once. It is now one question per screen.

What it is like now

  • One question, one screen. Each has a clear question and a line on why it matters. You can see how far through you are, and go back at any point.
  • The new question keeps focus. After Next or Edit, you can type or press Enter, and a selected payment is highlighted like the other choices.
  • Your story does the typing. If what you wrote already says the amount, the date, or the order, booking or notice number, it is waiting for you to confirm with one tap, or edit.
  • Skip what does not apply. Anything optional has a Skip.
  • Check before we start. The last screen lists every answer, with a link to change any of them, before the analysis runs. Where it happened and how you paid are offered there too, for when they matter, like Section 75 on a card payment.

It works the same when you set up your account, and the answers you give there carry straight into your case, so nothing is asked twice.
