Send your letter with Google, no code to wait for

When your letter is written, you can now continue with Google instead of waiting for a code by email. You come straight back to your letter and it goes.

Once your letter is written and signed, sending it used to mean typing your email, going to your inbox, and coming back with a six digit code. That still works, and it is still the first option. You can now press Continue with Google beside it instead.

What happens

  • Your letter is saved before you leave, so nothing you wrote depends on the trip to Google.
  • You come back to the same page, and the letter goes to the company in your name, or your clock starts if you sent it through their own form.
  • If Google does not finish, nothing is sent and nothing is lost. The page says so beside the email field, and your letter is all still there.

And if the code is slow

The code screen now shows which address it went to, with Use a different email right beside it, which keeps everything you typed. If no code has turned up after half a minute, it suggests checking spam, or continuing with Google instead.
