Sign the letter where you are reading it
The blank where your name goes is a button now. Fill it in without hunting for a field somewhere else on the page.

Complaint letters end with a signature block, and until now yours arrived with [Your Full Name] sitting in it.
We watched somebody click that blank over and over for nearly two minutes. Nothing happened, because the letter was just text. They left without even copying it.
What changed
The blank is a real button. Press it and you can type your name straight into the letter, in the place you were already looking. Once it is filled in there is nothing left to click - it just reads as your letter.
A letter signed with a placeholder is not a letter a company will act on, so this was never a formatting nicety.
