Tips for Center Parcs complaints

  • Complain within 28 days of the end of your break. Center Parcs writes that deadline into its booking terms, and missing it gives them an easy first refusal. It does not remove your statutory rights, but it makes the argument harder than it needs to be.
  • There is no central complaints inbox. Email the village you actually stayed at: guestservices.sherwood@, .woburn@, .longford@, .whinfell@, .elveden@ or .longleat@centerparcs.co.uk. A complaints@centerparcs.co.uk address circulates on directory sites and is not one of theirs.
  • Raise it before you leave if you can. A logged on-site complaint with a reference is far stronger evidence than a recollection typed up a fortnight later.
  • No ombudsman covers Center Parcs. They are not ABTA members and these are UK accommodation-only breaks, not packages, so the travel escalation routes people expect do not apply.
  • That leaves Section 75 if you paid more than £100 by credit card, a chargeback if you paid by debit card, and the small claims track. Photos, dates and what you were promised at booking are what decide those.
