What you can ask
Charlie knows the full context of your case: the company you're complaining about, the evidence you've uploaded, the letter that's been generated, and the stage you're at. So you can ask things like:
- "The company just rejected my claim. What do I do now?"
- "They've offered me a voucher instead of a refund. Do I have to accept it?"
- "How long do I have before I can escalate to the ombudsman?"
- "Is this a reasonable response or are they stalling?"
And get answers that are actually relevant to your specific situation — not generic advice.
What Charlie won't do
Charlie isn't a lawyer and we're upfront about that. For complex legal disputes where the amounts involved are significant, we'll tell you when it's worth speaking to an actual solicitor.
Where to find it
Open any case and tap the Chat tab. If you're on a new case, it'll be there once your initial analysis is complete.
