Email the company — without leaving NoReply
You can now send and receive emails with a company directly inside your case. Every reply threads into your case history automatically.
One of the most frustrating parts of complaining is keeping track of all the back-and-forth. Emails buried in your inbox, screenshot after screenshot. We've fixed that.
What's new
Inside any case, you'll find a new Email tab. From here, you can:
- Send an email to the company's complaints team directly
- Receive their replies back into the same thread
- Keep a full, timestamped record of everything — attached to your case
Your complaint letter is automatically attached to the first email. No copy-pasting.
Why this matters
When a case goes to an ombudsman or small claims court, having a clean, organised record of every communication is genuinely important. This makes that automatic. You're building your paper trail without having to think about it.
How to use it
Open any case and click the Email tab. If you haven't already sent your complaint, we'll suggest doing that first. After that, just type and send — replies will arrive here.
