- Share it with anyone who might need it — a friend dealing with a dodgy landlord, a family member fighting an insurance company, anyone
- When they sign up using your link and create their first paid case, you both get one free credit
A credit is worth £4.99 and lets you create a full complaint case with AI analysis and a generated letter. So you're essentially giving them their first real case for free and getting one yourself.
No cap
There's no limit on how many people you can refer. Refer five, get five free credits.
Who can use it
Anyone with a NoReply account — whether you're on a free plan, Pay Per Case, or Pro. You don't need a subscription to earn referral credits.

Account page, Referrals section. It's a personalised link that looks like usenoreply.com/r/yourcode.
The small print
Credits are awarded after the referred user's first paid case, not just when they sign up. Credits expire 12 months after they're issued.
