FightBack became NoReply, named after the email address companies hide behind.
Product
We started out as FightBack. It was fine, but it sounded like we were picking a fight, and that is not really the point.
Why NoReply
noreply@ is the address companies use when they have decided the conversation is over. No inbox, no person, no route back. It is the single most honest signal that a company is not interested in hearing from you.
We named ourselves after it because that is the wall we exist to get past.
