Legal research reads the source. Research now searches legislation.gov.uk, the ombudsman services and regulator guidance directly, instead of asking the open web what your rights are. The difference is between citing an article about the Consumer Rights Act and citing the Act.
You will see this as more specific section numbers and fewer vague appeals to "consumer law".
