Upload the email itself
Saved .eml email files are read directly now, instead of asking you to convert them or paste the text in by hand.
Evidence
If a company has been fobbing you off by email, that thread is your best evidence. Getting it into a case used to mean screenshotting it, converting it, or pasting it in and losing the headers that prove when it was sent.
What changed
Drop the .eml file straight in. We read the sender, the date, the subject and the body, and attach the whole thing to your case as evidence.
Most email apps will save a message as .eml with a right click, or by dragging it onto your desktop.
