Dynamic pricing isn’t illegal per se, but the CMA has found that failing to inform consumers about price changes or 'in-demand' pricing may breach consumer protection law.

Events on specific dates are usually exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. However, if the event details change significantly, you may have the right to a refund.
