Tips for Zoopla complaints

  • Zoopla is a listing portal, not the agent: The Property Ombudsman covers the agent who placed the advert, so complain to them as well
  • Find the agent’s name on the listing, then check tpos.co.uk or theprs.co.uk to see which redress scheme they belong to
  • Misleading property adverts can also go to the Advertising Standards Authority
  • Screenshot the listing before you complain, since it can be edited or removed once you raise it
